This is an awesome opportunity to join a small team and make an immediate difference! The ideal candidate has 1+ year of treasury experience and some Treasury Management Systems experience (ideally Kyriba). ***3 days in office, 2 remote Description: Manage daily cash operations using banking portals. Collaborate with bankers, IT, and internal teams to improve processes and digitize cash and treasury operations. Prepare regular cash position reports (daily, weekly, and monthly). Support the implementation and maintenance of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) to enhance efficiency. Serve as a treasury contact for other departments and subsidiaries, handling bank-related inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners. Perform high-volume bank account reconciliations. Help develop cash forecasts for management review. Maintain banking records and ensure compliance with SOX and FBAR documentation. Review and monitor bank fees, including credit card and cash management costs. Implement operational controls and best practices. Assist in creating treasury policies and procedures. Support other departments with financial reports and month/quarter-end tasks. Provide information for internal and external audits.
