Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is an independent community bank in Clear Lake, Iowa with an office in Garner, Iowa and two offices in Mason City, Iowa. Our Business Banking Department is regarded as knowledgeable, resourceful and professional throughout the North Iowa area.

Position Summary: The Treasury Management Officer (TMO) is responsible for managing the business development of Treasury Management solutions to new and existing business customers. Works closely with Business Bankers to jointly assist business customers. This position develops and implements customer relationship building strategies for TM services and works closely with operations on the ongoing support of TM customers. This position monitors the Bank’s Treasury Management services to ensure they are competitive with the market.

Qualifications:

• Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in finance, management, marketing, or related area
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury management, business lending, or business development role
• Requires the ability to plan prioritize work; perform multiple functions simultaneously, and work independently.
• Deep understanding of bank regulations and compliance with these regulations
• Knowledge of Bank policies and procedures along with Bank services offered
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
• Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
