This pivotal role will deliver exceptional customer service striving for excellence in everything you do, develop strategic initiatives, and develop and drive business growth through innovative treasury management solutions.Key Responsibilities: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Treasury Management products to include Remote Deposit, ACH Origination, Online Wire Transfers, ACH Positive Pay and Check Positive PayManage the administration and setup of Treasury Management CustomersDeliver white glove service while leading clients through the onboarding journey and servicing Treasury Management productsProspect new clients to sell treasury management productsAdd value to customer relationships by delivering annual relationship reviewsMonitor and Develop Treasury Management ProductsMonitor and assess risk of Treasury Management clients by completing risk reviewsTrain staff on Treasury Management products, features, and benefitsFormulate strategies to grow bank depositsMonitor market and products trends for deposit growth opportunitiesExperience:Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent experience3+ years of sales experience, 3+ years of treasury management experience, & 10+ years of banking experience.Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentialitySkills: Experience in NuPointOutlookTeamsExcelCSI eBankingGranite Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer Note: This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
