Position Summary

The Treasury Management Support position is responsible for providing high-quality support to bank customers using treasury management products and services. This role ensures smooth implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing assistance for our treasury management customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding customers for treasury management services, including Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, ACH, and new account setup.
  • Oversee and support daily treasury operations, including ACH and wire processing, fraud monitoring, and transaction reviews.
  • Prepare proposals for prospective customers.
  • Utilize various software platforms to track and report on high-value transactions.
  • Process and verify deposit exception rates.
  • Conduct annual customer reviews to assess service effectiveness and identify potential improvements.
  • Provide timely and professional support for customer inquiries related to online banking, ACH, wire transfers, fraud prevention tools, and other treasury management solutions.
  • Comply with all laws and banking regulations, as applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another related field OR two plus years of related banking or accounting experience required.
  • Proficient level of computer competency, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, service, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Dependable and a quick learner.
