Treatment|Financial Coordinator Apply
Greetings! Salt City Orthodontics is excited to open our brand new, state-of-the art office in Herriman!
We are looking for an organized, enthusiastic, hard-working individual to help manage our office. Officially, this is a treatment/financial coordinator position. It is a full-time position (32-40 hours/week), but has some flexibility depending on your needs. Compensation would be based on experience and commitment level, and would be discussed and finalized during the interview/hiring process.
Previous experience in orthodontics is preferred. Job responsibilities would include: front desk/answering phones, treatment coordinating with new patients, filing insurance claims, organizing calendars, scheduling appointments, marketing/community outreach, and more. This is a unique, rare opportunity to grow from the grassroots level with a dynamic set of doctors and team members.
Previous knowledge or experience with Ortho2 or other orthodontic practice management system is valuable, although not required.
