Trial Lawyer

About the Role:

This position offers an opportunity for a motivated litigation attorney to play a meaningful role in high-value, high-impact cases from the very beginning.

The attorney will work closely with experienced trial lawyers on complex litigation matters and will have significant involvement in case strategy, discovery, expert coordination, and trial preparation.

Rather than managing a large number of minor claims, this role focuses on developing carefully prepared cases designed for trial, allowing attorneys to deepen their litigation skills and courtroom experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and defend depositions
• Develop liability and damages strategies for complex cases
• Work closely with leading industry and subject-matter experts
• Draft and argue significant motions
• Prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Participate in trial as first or second chair, depending on experience

Attorneys in this role are expected to contribute meaningfully to case strategy and preparation while building the skills necessary to become exceptional trial advocates.

Who You Are:

• 5 10+ years of meaningful litigation experience
• Comfortable conducting depositions and appearing in court
• Strong legal writer with the ability to develop clear and persuasive arguments
• Strategic thinker who approaches cases with thorough preparation and attention to detail
• Motivated to grow into an outstanding trial lawyer
