Assembles pre-cut wooden parts to build Trusses following supervisor's instructions and blue print specifications.
Assembles pre-cut wooden parts to build Floor Trusses following supervisor's instructions and blue print specifications.
Places metal reinforcement plates over connecting joints and connects parts and joints.
Verifies dimensions of pre-cut parts and accuracy of assembly, using measuring tape and gauges.
Stacking Trusses, must be able to lift 50+ pounds unassisted.

Requirements
Required Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
Required Experience
General knowledge of construction industry.
Framing or construction experience is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints.
Ability to operate a forklift is preferred.
Ability to list 50+ pounds unassisted.
Good written and oral communication skills are required.
Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to deal courteously with co-workers.
