Badger State Staffing is looking for an Entry-Level Truss Assemblers to join a Large, well-known company in the Marshfield Area! Founded in 1964 to serve the manufactured housing and residential construction industries with professional grade building products. They manufacture roof trusses, floor trusses, wall panels, and floor panels. This is a local, veteran owned and operated company with plenty of room for growth and advancement opportunities. This temp-to-hire Entry-Level Truss Assembler opportunity is a great way to get a foot in the door with a local Marshfield manufacturer.

- Starting Pay - $16 per hour!
- 1st shift - Full time openings!
- Monday-Friday Schedule!

Requirements:
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently.
- Knowledge of both hand and air tools.
- Able to stand, bend/twist for 10 hours per day.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to wear steel toe boots/shoes.
- Ability to wear proper PPE for required positions.
