Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Trust and Estate Litigation Attorney based in Walnut Creek, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The attorney will handle legal matters such as preparing and filing motions, conducting depositions, attending court hearings, and managing trials. Additional responsibilities include client counseling, case strategy development, legal research, and ensuring all phases of trust and estate litigation are managed effectively and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Trust and Estate Law, with experience in handling complex legal issues.
  • Strong skills in drafting and filing legal Motions and related documentation.
  • Experience with Courts, including navigating procedures and attending hearings.
  • Proven expertise in conducting Depositions and managing Trials effectively.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • California Bar membership in good standing.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with clients facing emotional family and estate matters.
  • Experience in probate and trust administration or related business and real estate matters is a plus.
