Trust Litigation Attorney Apply
Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling trust and estate matters in Probate Court; however, candidates with at least three years of other litigation experience and a willingness to learn Probate Court procedures are also welcome to apply. This role will work closely with partners on trust and estate matters in all stages of litigation from pre-litigation through trial. Job Duties:
- Research and draft initial petitions and responsive pleadings
- Research and prepare motions, written discovery, mediation materials, and trial documents
- Appear in court for contested and uncontested hearings
- Interact with clients and opposing counsel in a courteous and thoughtful manner
- Meet or exceed the required annual billable hours
