While we work with students across the country, our immediate openings are: Location Los Angeles County Library Location(s): Needed Areas: Lomita, CA 90717 Schedule "High Dosage Tutor" Tues-Wed, 2:30 PM TO 7:15 PM & Thurs, 2:00 PM TO 5:30 PM. ELA/Math, grades 1st-6th. Appointment based 1v1, 3v1. "Homework Helper" Tues-Wed, 3:00 PM TO 7:30 PM & Thurs-Fri, 2:00 PM TO 5:30 PM. All subjects, grades 1st-12th. Walk ins. Pay $22 per hour standard. $23 per hour if bilingual (Spanish or other preferred language based on site request) $24 per hour if credentialed teacher or certificated tutor. In this role, you will Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology. Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment. Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Provide homework help to 1st-12 students.
