Job Description::
Must have:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated experience with E2E data validation testing on large complex projects.
Excellent written and verbal skills; able to communicate effectively and concisely to stakeholders.
Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle, test management tools and release cycles.
Ability to multi-task and work in a demanding environment.
Knowledge applications is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of software testing practices
Ability to develop detailed E2E Test Strategy/Test Plan.
Participate/lead Test scenario, Data Strategy and Runbook working sessions with application teams.
Conduct Stakeholder walkthroughs for Test Strategy, Test Scenario, and Data Strategy.
Facilitate E2E Test Execution daily standup calls and defect issue/management proactively.
Communicate daily E2E Test execution status to stakeholders.
Must be adept at managing work in an independent manner to ensure successful project completion.
Hands on experience using JIRA.
Experience with Microsoft tools like PPT, Visio, power BI etc.
Strong prioritization and communication skill (i.e., documenting meeting minutes, scheduling, and sending out follow up tasks)
Problem Solving and Life-cycle development skills
