UC4 Administration :

Charlotte, NC

Remote

 

Qualifications
 Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with IT Infrastructure Skills

Skills Required: UC4 Administrator

  • Administer and troubleshoot of UC4
  • Apply fixpacks / patches as per requirement or patching cycle
    • Monthly security patching
    • Tool / App patching and upgrades
  • User & Access management
  • Tool License management
  • Perform UC4 job management
    • Create new jobs
    • Modify existing jobs / schedule
    • Job calendar management
  • SAP H4 platform job management
    • Use Automic scripting to setup new jobs and modify existing jobs
    • Work with project teams for new programs
  • Analysis for performance related issues and provide resolutions accordingly.
  • Critical job management and ensure job completion SLA's.
  • Support tool backup and recovery operations
  • Vendor co-ordination and escalation
  • Liaison with other support teams for issue resolution
  • Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem and Release management)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively across project teams
  • Plan and organize development work & deliverables
  • Work directly with multiple teams under stressful situations
  • Oncall support to ensure operations continuity.
  • Solve complex application problems through experience, research and technical detective work
  • Collaboration Skills/Partnering/Facilitation Skills are required
  • Learn new technologies and processes quickly
  • Quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences and mentor other team members.

  • ITIL Best Practices
  • Strong Communication skill
  • Operating System: Unix and Linux
  • Incident Management tools (Service Now, Remedy, CA Service Desk)
