Role UCaaS Discovery Migration Analyst
Experience 7 to 8 yrs

Contract
Technical Skills Primary
- Strong understanding of RingCentral MVP and Contact Center platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Teams Phone and UCaaS migrations including number porting call flow mapping and user provisioning
- Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise telephony environments
- Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with internal teams and AJG to gather requirements and assess current RingCentral Contact Center configurations
- Document call flows auto attendant's user profiles integrations and API dependencies
- Review and complete Business Requirements Documents Letters of Agency and user upload templates
- Collaborate with project managers to define migration scope timelines and resource needs
- Identify risks and dependencies and propose mitigation strategies
- Assist in number porting coordination and user provisioning
- Serve as the point of contact for discovery related communications between Assured Partners and AJG
- Coordinating with Contact Center administrators IT support engineers and API owners to ensure readiness
- Maintain status reports and discovery logs providing regular updates to project leadership and escalating blockers as needed
Technical Skills Secondary (Nice to have)
- Familiarity with cloud hosted platforms and environments
- Project coordination or business analyst background
