Job Title: UI Lead (Angular)

Location: Irving, TX- Onsite

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain UI: Design, build, and maintain user interfaces using Angular, ensuring responsiveness, performance, and a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with Design and Development Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and design mockups into high-quality, functional code. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.
• Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Follow best practices for coding, testing, and documentation. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of development processes.
• Optimize Performance: Implement performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, change detection strategies, and efficient rendering practices to ensure fast and smooth user interactions.
• Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests and end-to-end tests to ensure high-quality code. Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to Angular and frontend development.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the development workflow and overall application quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a UI Lead with a strong portfolio of Angular-based projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Angular (version [specific version or range]).
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Angular CLI, RESTful APIs, and integrating third-party libraries/

• Performance Optimization: Knowledge of best practices for performance optimization and debugging in Angular applications.
• Responsive Design: Experience with responsive and adaptive design techniques, and CSS frameworks like Angular Material or Bootstrap.
• Testing: Experience with unit testing (Jasmine, Karma) and end-to-end testing (Protractor, Cypress) for Angular applications.
• Version Control: Proficiency with version control systems like Git.
• Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other frontend frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue) is a plus.
• Knowledge of backend technologies or full-stack development experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
