You will be responsible for creating beautiful, functional, and user-centric designs across our digital platforms. From conceptualizing complex user flows to polishing high-fidelity interfaces, you will play a critical role in defining the visual language and user experience of our products.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand customer needs and behaviors.Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Visual Design: Design high-fidelity UI assets for web and mobile interfaces that are visually stunning and aligned with the Throttll brand.System Design: Develop and maintain a consistent design system, including UI kits, typography, and color palettes.Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and web developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.Iteration: Use data and heatmaps to identify "friction points" in current designs and constantly iterate to improve conversion rates.Required Skills & QualificationsSoftware Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Figma (primary), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
