Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Develop user flows, sitemaps, and interaction designs to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
• Gather and analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, usability principles, and user-centered design.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Ability to create design systems and work with developers for seamless implementation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
