Role OverviewThe UI/UX Designer will define and craft the end-to-end user experience of the rebuilt Minexchange (C9B Sister Company) platform. You will translate complex mining asset transaction workflows into intuitive, elegant interfaces for three distinct user types, buyers, sellers, and agents. Your design decisions will directly impact how thousands of global mining decision-makers discover assets, evaluate deals, and transact on the platform.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UX research: user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping for buyers, sellers, and agentsDesign end-to-end user flows for core platform features: asset listing, search & discovery, deal room, dashboards, MXE Agent portal, and MXE TV content hubCreate wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using FigmaDevelop and maintain a consistent design system and component library aligned with The Minexchange brandCollaborate with the Full-Stack Developer to ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementationTranslate data and analytics requirements (from the Data Engineer) into clear, actionable dashboard visualizationsDesign for AI-integrated features: recommendation surfaces, smart search, asset valuation indicatorsConduct usability testing and iterate based on real user feedbackEnsure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)Create design documentation and handoff specs for developmentRequired Skills & Qualifications2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications or SaaS platformsProficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout, design systems)Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, from research to high-fidelity UIExperience designing data-heavy interfaces: dashboards, tables, filters, and chartsUnderstanding of responsive and mobile-first design principlesFamiliarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS basics, how components are built)Experience conducting user research and usability testingKnowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)Experience in B2B, marketplace, or fintech products is preferredExposure to AI-assisted design tools (Framer AI, Galileo, etc.) is a plusStrong visual design sensibility with attention to typography, spacing, and hierarchy
