Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer role based in Kozhikode. The designer will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.The role involves understanding user behavior, designing seamless user journeys, and delivering high-quality UI designs that align with business goals. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-friendly and impactful designs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to validate ideasDesign modern, visually appealing UI interfaces for web and mobile applicationsApply design thinking methodologies to solve complex usability challengesEnsure consistency through design systems, style guides, and reusable componentsCollaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementationContinuously improve product experience based on feedback and data insightsQualificationsStrong experience in UI/UX Design (2–3 years preferred)Solid understanding of Design Thinking & User Research methodologiesProficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchStrong skills in Visual Design (Typography, Color, Layout, Spacing)Experience in Prototyping and Interaction DesignAbility to translate user needs into intuitive design solutionsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred)
