Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software development sector, is seeking a UI/UX Engineer (Irving, TX) to join their dynamic team. As a UI/UX Engineer (Irving, TX), you will be an integral part of the product development department supporting innovative digital solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and a passion for user-centered design, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: UI/UX Engineer (Irving, TX) Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid -3 days onsite per week) Position type: 12 months with high possibility of extension/Conversion What's the Job? Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma Apply UX best practices, accessibility (WCAG), and design thinking principles Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on user feedback and data Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries Implement responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS What's Needed? 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or a hybrid role Strong expertise in Figma (auto layout, components, variants, prototyping) Hands-on experience developing applications using React Proficiency in HTML, CSS (or SCSS), and JavaScript / TypeScript Experience with modern front-end workflows (Git, CI/CD, component libraries) What's in it for me?
