In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver exceptional user experiences. From wireframes to prototypes and user testing, you will be involved in every step of the design process, ensuring our customers enjoy seamless, engaging, and intuitive digital interactions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align designs with user needs and business goals.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
  • Design and iterate on user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, from concept to production.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and UX/UI best practices to drive innovative design solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing design skills, creative process, and successful UX/UI implementations.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and performing usability testing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
