Job Description:

We are seeking a UI/UX Engineer with experience in designing healthcare software applications focused on pharmacy operations and pharmacist workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience design, front-end development, and healthcare compliance standards to create intuitive and efficient pharmacy-related applications.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for pharmacy and medication management applications.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
  • Work closely with pharmacists, product managers, and developers to optimize UI/UX for pharmacy workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, FDA, WCAG, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Perform usability testing, A/B testing, and design iterations based on user feedback.
  • Maintain design consistency and accessibility across pharmacy applications.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Experience in healthcare software design, particularly for pharmacists and pharmacy operations.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and front-end technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows, prescription management, and medication tracking.
  • Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare IT regulations is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and solutions.
