UI|UX Specialist Apply
AttainX is seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Specialist to join our team. As a UI/UX Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences for our digital products. Your expertise in front-end and back-end development, combined with your strong customer service skills, will contribute to creating seamless and delightful user experiences. If you are passionate about UI/UX design, possess a deep understanding of scrum development, and have a proven track record in JavaScript and user testing, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, information technology or a related area of study.
- Minimum of five to seven years of experience as a UI/UX Specialist, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Solid Front-end and back-end development skills, with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficiency in scrum development methodologies and an ability to work effectively within an Agile development team.
- Experience conducting user testing and gathering user feedback to drive iterative design improvements.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau and OBIEE, and an ability to design compelling and user-friendly data visualizations.
- Knowledge of UiPath technology, including robotic process automation (RPA), to design intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working independently and taking initiative.
- Security Clearance must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, business goals, and technical constraints, and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and delightful user journey.
- Develop prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
- Conduct user testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX designs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI/UX documentation to ensure design consistency and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau and OBIEE to design visually compelling and user-friendly data visualizations that enhance data understanding and decision-making.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance our digital products.
- Collaborate with UiPath developers to design and implement user interfaces that optimize the user experience for robotic process automation (RPA) workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement in UI/UX processes and methodologies, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
