Ultrasound TechnicianLocation: Dalhart, TX, 79022Key Responsibilities:Perform general, OB/GYN, vascular, and/or echocardiogram ultrasound exams (based on credentials)Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfortOperate ultrasound equipment and capture quality diagnostic imagesCollaborate with physicians and radiologists to review and evaluate imagesMaintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentationAdhere to infection control and safety protocolsQualifications:Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography programRegistered or registry-eligible through ARDMS or CCI (must obtain within 6 months if not already certified)CPR/BLS certificationPrior experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to applyMust be computer savvy and comfortable navigating electronic systemsStrong communication skills and a commitment to quality patient care
