Miller’s Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Underground Install Manager to lead our installation team. This individual will oversee all aspects of septic and sewer installations, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and top-tier customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the install team, including conducting 1:1 meetings and performance evaluations
  • Plan and oversee daily and weekly installation schedules with the coordinator
  • Conduct pre-site visits, pre-construction meetings, and project layout for each job
  • Maintain safety standards, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage materials, equipment, and vehicle maintenance in partnership with warehouse and procurement teams
  • Monitor project budgets and performance metrics including labor, materials, and gross margin
  • Handle customer communication and concerns throughout the installation process
  • Collaborate with designers, AOSEs, inspectors, and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate training and development for install team members

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • 3-5 years of experience within construction, utilities, and site work including operation of heavy machinery
  • Class A CDL required
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills required and comfortable with technology.  Able to navigate programs like Word and Excel, Google applications, and quick to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship
