Union Benefits Analyst - Remote Job ID 163144 Posted 28-May-2024 Service line Corporate Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest People/Human Resources Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America As a CBRE Union Benefits Analyst, you will administer contributions to union benefit funds to ensure compliance of CBRE obligations within a variety of collective bargaining agreements. This job is part of the Union Benefits Team. They are responsible for the planning, designing, and administration of employee's union payroll deductions, and employer contributions to a variety of unions. What You'll Do: -Assist in the setup of employee deductions according to CBRE policy. -Coordinate union enrollment and administration of new hires. -Monitor employee and plan rates for a variety of union benefit funds. -Communications to employees and leadership changes in employee deductions. -Prepare regular payroll reports, remittance reports, payment request. -Provide customer service support to internal customers and external vendors. -Have some knowledge of standard union principles with practical experience in applying them. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Impact the quality of own work. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. -Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. What You'll Need: To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred. Experience working for a health care carrier, consulting firm or insurance company preferred. PeopleSoft experience preferred. Strong vendor management skills and knowledge of all federal and state regulations and filing and compliance requirements. Ability to analyze information and standard practices to make judgements. Knowledge in own professional job discipline and other HR functions. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Union Benefits Analyst position is $70,000 per year and the maximum salary for the Union Benefits Analyst position is $80,000.00 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
