Mission: Financial Education and Empowerment

As an Entry-Level Financial Professional, you will be trained and licensed as a professional financial advisor. Your mission will be to:

• Educate clients on effectively utilizing and growing their income and wealth.
• Provide financial resources and strategies, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals.
• Build your own independently-operated consulting business with the full backing of our firm.

No Prior Experience Required. We provide the necessary tools, education, and mentorship for you to succeed. Your military background already gives you a significant advantage.

Compensation Structure: Contract, Performance-Based Pay: Compensation is based on your work and production, eliminating the "wage-ceiling" of typical hourly or salaried positions. Once licensed, dedicated advisors can reach 6-figures within 6-12 months (based on work ethic)

Initial Earnings Potential: While in training, you can earn approximately $20/hour based on qualifications and production.

Requirements

• Coachability (Required): A willingness to learn and apply new skills, a hallmark of military training.
• Must be over 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
