Responsibilities Greeting and guiding patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, offering updates, and ensuring they feel informed and supported. Maintaining patient records accurately, entering physician orders, and protecting patient information. Handling all communications between incoming calls and care team members promptly and clearly to keep the unit connected. Keeping the environment clean, organized, and well‑stocked to promote safety and comfort. Taking initiative to solve challenges, support daily operations, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork. Qualifications High School Graduate / GED. HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is a 400‑bed acute care hospital in Brandon, FL. We offer many services including a heart & vascular center, behavioral health center and a women’s center.
