Job Title: Caregiver - Home Health Aide

Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our home health care team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support and assistance to patients in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide mobility support and help with exercises.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Monitor patients' health and report changes to healthcare professionals.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Travel to various patient homes as assigned.

• Previous experience as a caregiver or home health aide preferred.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different home settings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
