We are seeking a RN Unit Manager for a travel/contract position in NJ. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Pay Rate: $60/hr

Contract: 07 Weeks

Shift: 7:00 AM - 8:30 PM

Guarantee Hours: 40

Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

[Notes: Will accept LPN for this Role]

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of a specific unit within a healthcare facility, including supervising nursing staff and coordinating patient care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs, and ensure that appropriate interventions and treatments are provided.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
