Location: Roswell, NM
Contract Duration: 8 weeks
Shift: Day Shift/Night
Meal Break: 30 minutes
Travel Rate: $53/ hour
Local Rate: $34/ hour
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care practices.
• Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory policies.
  
  Qualifications:
• Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred.
• For Travel LPNs: Willingness to relocate temporarily and adapt to new environments.
