Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
The Center Administrator is responsible for managing daily operations, staff, and resources of the center to ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. The role involves leadership, budgeting, and administrative oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring smooth workflows and optimal performance.
- Manage staff recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
- Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to meet operational goals.
- Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee facility management, including safety and maintenance.
- Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in administrative or management roles, ideally in a healthcare or service setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software.
- Problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- State License: As required by West Virginia
