Payrate: $72/hourly
Duration: 14 Weeks Contract
Guarantee Hours: 32 - 40 Hours
Shift: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Days: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Counsel patients on the use, dosage, and potential side effects of medications.
• Review prescriptions to ensure they are appropriate for the patient and check for potential drug interactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Pharmacist License
• Immunization License
• CPR/BLS Certification
• COVID-19 vaccination card

Skills:

• Pharmacology Knowledge: Understanding drug actions, interactions, and effects.
• Patient Assessment: Evaluating patients' medication needs and responses.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM): Optimizing therapeutic outcomes for patients.
• Disease Management: Knowledge of chronic and acute disease states
• Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving medication-related issues.
