Urgently Hiring Overnight Caregiver For College Apply
Location: San Diego
Job Type: Full-Time (Overnight Shifts)
Schedule: M-Th 10p-7a
Compensation: $20-23
We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and reliable overnight caregiver/companion to assist a college student with with personal care and also contribute to making the their college experience memorable!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bedtime and morning routines, including dressing, hygiene, and transferring (experience with Hoyer lifts is preferred**).
- Provide personal care, including bathing, toileting, and grooming.
- Ensure the client’s safety and comfort throughout the night.
- Monitor the client during the night and assist as needed.
- Help with any morning preparations to ensure the client is ready for the day.
Requirements
- Cell phone with internet access
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred
- Certifications that are preferred but not required: CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and compassion towards others
- Active Home Care Aide status (Unsure? We can show you how!)
- Proof of negative TB results
