Job Title :Sr Database Administrator Duration: 6 Months Location: Richardson, TX -75081 Salary Range: $65 - $72 Competitive and commensurate with experience Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Database Administrator. This role requires "US Persons" status and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our database systems to ensure seamless performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, allowing them to effectively respond to real-time challenges and collaborate with stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Proficiency in MS SQL, Oracle, and DB2 Experience with database tuning and performance-driven design Advanced SQL development and data architecture skills 5 years of software design and development experience Experience with SSRS and/or Power BI development 5 years of MS SQL relational database development experience 5 years of source code management experience with tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or TFS Experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) application support Excellent oral and written communication skills Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience supporting semiconductor manufacturing environments Experience with legacy technologies such as VB, VB.NET, ASP.NET Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and optimize database systems for performance and reliability Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address real-time challenges Perform tasks in the development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, and code review Build and maintain interfaces between manufacturing-specific systems and other applications Provide development and reporting support for manufacturing-focused organizations Company Benefits & Culture Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Opportunities for professional development and growth A collaborative and innovative work environment For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
