Our team is looking for a US Compensation and Benefits Manager to join them. You will report to the HR Director and will have a hybrid or remote work schedule in Chatsworth, California, Creedmoor, North Carolina, Miramar, Florida, or Plainview, New York. Benefits To be considered for the US Compensation and Benefits Manager role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Progressive experience in compensation structures and benefits administration. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Profound knowledge of federal, state, and local benefits regulations. As a US Compensation And Benefits Manager, You Will Oversee administration of employee benefits including health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, and incentive programs, guaranteeing a consistent employee experience across all locations and departments. Conduct ongoing evaluations of benefits effectiveness and relevance, offering recommendations for improvements based on employee feedback and market dynamics. Manage relationships with external benefit vendors by negotiating contracts and monitoring/evaluating performance. Be part of a project team to define and build a US compensation structure/plan, inclusive of position evaluation. Conduct ongoing analysis and market research to maintain internal equity and fairness, ensure competitive salary structures and benefit offerings, aid in decision making, evaluate performance and impact, and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Foster strong, collaborative partnerships with HRIS Team, managers, and other HR team members to: maintain data integrity within HR systems; enhance employee engagement/satisfaction; craft informative materials on benefit offerings; support the selection and implementation of cutting-edge HR technologies; aid in optimizing organizational strategy and workforce planning. Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for compensation and benefits matters and inquiries; conduct regular training sessions for managers and employees on the total rewards package. Ensure full compliance of all benefits programs with relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including tax regulations, wage and hour laws, ERISA, and ACA, considering legislative changes and market trends. Be responsible for coordinating and negotiating annual benefits renewal with third-party vendor. Play an active role in open enrollment engagement.
