We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Materials Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining accurate and available inventory within our facility. Your responsibilities will include picking and putting away materials, performing cycle counts and physical inventories, and ensuring precise data management. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management tools such as SAP, MS Access, and MS Excel, and possess the physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels by accurately tracking incoming and outgoing materials.
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
Prepare materials for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.
Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Utilize Excel to maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions, using functions such as xlookups, vlookups, and Pivot tables for data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate material movements and prioritize tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any issues or concerns promptly.
Take initiative to identify process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
Background in inventory or warehouse management preferred.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 30 lbs safely.
Proficiency in data management using Excel, including xlookups, vlookups, and Pivot tables.
Experience with SAP preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capacity to self-supervise and prioritize tasks effectively.
Availability to work forty hours per week on-site.

Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system. It is imperative that the registration is completed as soon as possible after receipt of registration invitation in order to assign the Fieldglass Worker # to the contingent worker. This Fieldglass Worker # is required to properly setup the worker in TWB for time reporting by HON manager. Your attention to this process will eliminate delays in receipt of worker hours and invoice creation.
