Your work will involve not only pitching the benefits of uMed’s studies but also working directly with research departments to integrate uMed’s platform to deliver innovative, high quality studies across their patient populations. • Act as a point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.
  • Ensure healthcare providers understand and comply with information governance (IG) requirements.

Internal Collaboration & Advocacy

  • Serve as the voice of US healthcare providers within uMed, advocating for improvements to platform features and processes based on feedback.
  • Work closely with the operations and technical teams to refine and scale onboarding and engagement processes.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy for uMed’s US expansion, helping to identify market opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

  • Additional experience within a CRO, pharma, or digital health company is also desirable.
  • You are familiar with clinical research processes and have pitched studies to clinical trial sites.
  • You are familiar with research governance and HIPAA legislation as it relates to clinical research.
  • You bring enthusiasm, confidence, and the ability to inspire others with uMed’s vision.
