The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to US staffing processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate coordination across multiple technical skill sets.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates for US IT requirements using job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and internal databases.Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, visa status, and availabilityCoordinate interviews with US clients and consultants across time zonesWork on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirementsMaintain accurate candidate data in ATS and trackersFollow up with candidates throughout the interview and offer stagesSupport offer negotiations, onboarding documentation, and complianceBuild and maintain a pipeline of active US IT consultantsRequired Skills & Qualifications6 months to 1 year of experience in US IT recruitmentHands-on experience with various Job Portals and LinkedIn sourcingBasic understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, QA, DevOps, Cloud, ERP, etc.) Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.)Good verbal and written communication skillsStrong follow-up and coordination abilitiesWillingness to work onsite and align with US time zones
