Job Summary

Value Technology Inc is looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience working with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) requirements and Fieldglass VMS portal. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end US IT recruitment, handle high-volume requirements, and work closely with vendor managers and account teams to ensure timely submissions and closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099) for contract and full-time roles
• Work extensively on TCS client requirements across various skill sets
• Manage and process job requisitions through Fieldglass VMS portal
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Submit qualified profiles within SLA timelines and ensure compliance with client guidelines
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate candidate and submission tracking in ATS/VMS systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Stay updated on US immigration types and employment classifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 8 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
• Proven experience working on TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with Fieldglass VMS
• Excellent understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099
• Knowledge of US visa types: H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC
• Strong sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
