The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099).Work on Direct Client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements.Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.Screen, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates based on client requirements.Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer processes.Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.Maintain accurate records in ATS and internal tracking systems.Meet daily/weekly submission and closure targets.Required Skills & Qualifications1+ year of experience in US IT recruitment.Strong knowledge of US hiring models: W2, C2C, 1099.Experience working with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, etc.).Good understanding of IT technologies and skill sets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in US shift timings.Strong organizational and time management skills.Preferred SkillsExperience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.Proven track record of placements and closures.Experience with ATS/CRM tools.Perks & BenefitsCompetitive salary + Attractive incentive structureFixed Saturday & Sunday offCareer growth opportunitiesProfessional and supportive work environment
