We are looking for a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join our teamRole OverviewThe Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing as well as domestic hiring, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong technical understanding to ensure successful placements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both US and India hiring.Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, headhunting).Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure a good technical and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and expectations.Negotiate salary, benefits, and employment terms with candidates.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and ensure compliance with company policies.Key RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.2–5 years of proven experience in US staffing and domestic hiring.Strong understanding of technical skills, IT job roles, and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.Hands-on experience with ATS (Ceipal), job portals (Dice, Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and sourcing strategies.Willingness to work flexible hours to cater to US hiring timelines.
