ABOUT THE ROLE
Azaaki LLC is expanding its enterprise US staffing delivery team and is seeking experienced, delivery-focused US Staffing Recruiters (IT & Non-IT) who have supported Fortune 100 / FAANG / MAANG clients such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, and other direct VMS/MSP-driven enterprise accounts.
This role is designed for recruiters comfortable working in high-volume, SLA-driven, compliance-heavy environments, supporting contractual hiring across both technology and business domains.
This is a 100% remote, long-term opportunity with consistent demand and real enterprise exposure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle for IT & Non-IT contractual roles
- Work directly on VMS/MSP-based Fortune 100 & FAANG client requirements
- Handle high-volume hiring along with mid-to-senior-level niche roles
- Source through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, referrals
- Deliver quality submissions aligned with client, MSP, and compliance standards
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and start dates
- Maintain strong pipelines while meeting SLA, TAT, and quality metrics
- Ensure accurate onboarding and documentation via VMS
- Partner closely with account managers and delivery leadership
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 3 6 years of US Staffing experience (IT or Non-IT)
- Proven experience supporting VMS/MSP enterprise programs
- Exposure to Fortune 100 / FAANG / MAANG clients (Google, Apple, Microsoft, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Ceipal, JobDiva, or similar
- Strong sourcing skills across Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed
- Solid understanding of US work authorizations & contractual hiring
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment
GOOD TO HAVE
- Experience with Fieldglass, Magnit, Beeline, PRO Unlimited
- Prior Tier-1 vendor or direct client exposure
- Experience managing hardware + software + business role mixes
- Strong submission-to-interview conversion ratios
