Key Responsibilities:Craft pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile platforms.Bring wireframes to life with compelling, brand-consistent UI.Maintain & enhance our design system for a unified experience.Collaborate with UX, product managers & developers to ensure flawless execution.Stay ahead of design trends to keep our products fresh and intuitive. What makes you a Great Fit?2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on UI.Proficiency in Figma (primary) and/or tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.Strong visual design skills, including layout, color theory, typography, and iconography.Good understanding of responsive design principles for web and mobile platforms.Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodology.Strong communication and collaboration skills.A portfolio showcasing UI design projects (web and/or mobile). Good to have :Experience in the fintech or BFSI domain.Knowledge of motion design/micro interactions.Basic HTML/CSS know-how.
