Job Description

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications for the Department
  • Maintain files, enter time, payroll, and PTO, and perform word processing and data entry
  • Prepare and enter purchase orders for materials and supplies, create receipts, code invoices, and track backorders
  • Assist Meter Measurement administration functions: purchases, scheduling meter changes, Maximo reports, BPU reporting and meter maintenance functions
  • Gate Stations permitting, utility billing and outside services coordination, (i.e. landscape maintenance, security maintenance)
  • Coordinating regulatory and emergency response training
  • Equipment calibration coordination and reports tracking

Top Three Skills:

  1. 1.Offcie abilities - google maps, google earth workday, maximo
  2. 2.Trained on computer skills
  3. 3.Timesystem - creating requisitions, basic excel. Union employees time, sick time, or out or in Able to take notes
