Job Title: Utility Operations Administrative Coordinator

Job Description
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications for the Department
- Maintain files, enter time, payroll, and PTO, and perform word processing and data entry
- Prepare and enter purchase orders for materials and supplies, create receipts, code invoices, and track backorders
- Assist Meter Measurement administration functions: purchases, scheduling meter changes, Maximo reports, BPU reporting and meter maintenance functions
- Gate Stations permitting, utility billing and outside services coordination, (i.e. landscape maintenance, security maintenance)
- Coordinating regulatory and emergency response training
- Equipment calibration coordination and reports tracking

- 2.Trained on computer skills
