Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret production schedules to prioritize daily tasks.
- Prepare and stage materials for the coating line based on paperwork specifications.
- Feed glass into the coating line and move finished racks to designated areas.
- Organize box‑closing stations, attach required paperwork, and prepare products for shipment.
- Monitor equipment and production flow while maintaining consistent safety and efficiency.
What You Bring
- Experience in general labor, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and perform loading/unloading tasks.
- Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read, write, and understand standard and metric measurements.
Bonus Skills
- Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
- Experience with measuring tools or instruments.
- Willingness to follow PPE requirements, including steel‑toe boots.

Work Environment
This is a hands‑on role within a production facility that uses a variety of tools and equipment. PPE is required, including steel‑toe boots, and safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain a secure and productive workspace.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northfield, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.05 - $24.05/hr.
