Interviews are Required Targeting Thurs/Fri
Must be Flexible to work all shifts:
1st Shift: 7am 3pm
2nd Shift: 3pm 11pm
3rd Shift: 11pm 7am

Pre-shift meetings begin 10mins before each scheduled shift. Employees may clock in up to 15 minutes early only if they are attending the meeting. Otherwise, clocking in is permitted no more than 5 mins before the shift start time.
Schedule for the upcoming week is posted every Thursday.
STEEL TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED

Absolutely must be able to be on their feet, labor intensive role, pushing, lifting, bending, etc. This is not just a side job, forklift is sometimes only 10% of the role, this is manual labor.

1. Heavy Industrial experience
2. Forklift (only about 10% of job)
3. Can clear drug test that includes THC
4. High school degree or GED (Mill Location)
5. Must be fully cleared to start


(Labor position) Must have strong commitment to safety and quality; engaged in all aspects of work; ability to interact well with the team. Perform general manual labor around the mill including picking up paper; sweeping floor; cleaning with various hand tools; shoveling; handling chemicals; operating core cutting machine to cut cores. Worker will need to be able to operate a forklift to move loose paper, empty dump hoppers, transport paper rolls and pallets. All other labor and general utility work as assigned. Needs to be able to lift 50lbs. The worker will need to be able to tolerate an environment that can/will be hot, cold, dirty. The worker must be able to read a tape measure.

We are also a tobacco free facility no smoking, chewing, e-cigs, snuff anywhere on company property including the parking lot and grounds.

While prior forktruck experience would be great, we will train.
