Note: Interviews are Required. Must be Flexible to work all shifts: 1st Shift: 7am 3pm. 2nd Shift: 3pm 11pm. 3rd Shift: 11pm 7am. Pre-shift meetings begin 10mins before each scheduled shift. Employees may clock in up to 15 minutes early only if they are attending the meeting. Otherwise, clocking in is permitted no more than 5 mins before the shift start time. Schedule for the upcoming week is posted every Thursday. Steel Toe Shoes Are Required. Top 3 Keywords: 1. Forklift operation 2. General industrial labor/mill labor 3. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform general labor duties including sweeping, cleaning, shoveling, and picking up paper
• Operate core cutting machine to cut paper cores
• Handle chemicals in accordance with safety procedures
• Operate forklift to move loose paper, empty dump hoppers, and transport paper rolls and pallets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional labor and utility tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in hot, cold, and dirty industrial environments
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure
• Strong safety awareness and quality focus
• Willingness to be trained on forklift operation if not already certified
