Job Title: Utility Worker III - US

Location: Delaware Water Gap, PA 18327

Shift Timings: Must be Flexible to work all shifts: 1st Shift: 7am 3pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm 11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm 7am

Note: Interviews are Required Targeting Thurs/Fri. Pre-shift meetings begin 10mins before each scheduled shift. Employees may clock in up to 15 minutes early only if they are attending the meeting. Otherwise, clocking in is permitted no more than 5 mins before the shift start time. Schedule for the upcoming week is posted every Thursday. Steel toe Shoes are Required.

Summary of Job:

Must have strong commitment to safety and quality; engaged in all aspects of work; ability to interact well with the team. Perform general manual labor around the mill including picking up paper; sweeping floor; cleaning with various hand tools; shoveling; handling chemicals; operating core cutting machine to cut cores. Worker will need to be able to operate a forklift to move loose paper, empty dump hoppers, transport paper rolls and pallets. All other labor and general utility work as assigned. Needs to be able to lift 50lbs. The worker will need to be able to tolerate an environment that can/will be hot, cold, dirty. The worker must be able to read a tape measure.

Must-have/Required skills:

• Heavy Industrial experience
• Forklift (only about 10% of job)
• Can clear drug test that includes THC
• High school degree or GED (Mill Location)
• Must be fully cleared to start
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to interact well with the team
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to tolerate an environment that can/will be hot, cold, dirty
• Ability to read a tape measure

Nice-to-have skills:

• Prior forktruck experience would be great, we will train

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Perform general manual labor around the mill including picking up paper
