Note Interviews are Required. Must be Flexible to work all shifts: 1st Shift: 7am 3pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm 11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm 7am. Pre-shift meetings begin 10mins before each scheduled shift. Employees may clock in up to 15 minutes early only if they are attending the meeting. Otherwise, clocking in is permitted no more than 5 mins before the shift start time. Schedule for the upcoming week is posted every Thursday. Steel Toe Shoes Are Required. If selected candidates are late or NCNS, they will be terminated immediately. No exceptions. • Willingness to operate a forklift (training provided)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Prior forklift or forktruck experience
• Experience handling chemicals in an industrial setting
• Experience working in mill or plant environments

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Perform general manual labor throughout the mill, including sweeping, shoveling, cleaning, and picking up paper
• Operate hand tools and cleaning equipment as required
• Operate a core cutting machine to cut cores
• Handle chemicals safely and according to procedures
• Operate a forklift to move loose paper, transport rolls, pallets, and empty dump hoppers (approximately 10% of the role)
• Perform additional labor and utility tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Heavy industrial or labor experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to tolerate physically demanding work conditions
• Ability to pass a drug test including THC
• Tobacco-free workplace compliance (no smoking, vaping, chewing, or tobacco use on company property)
